Source and recruit labour, site engineers, supervisors, and office staff based on company requirements
Coordinate interviews and joining processes
Build and maintain employee and labour databases
Support manpower planning for ongoing projects

Employee Documentation & HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records
Track attendance, leave, joining, and exit details
Maintain updated HR files and documentation

Site HR Coordination
Visit project sites whenever required
Coordinate with site engineers and labour teams
Understand workforce requirements and site-level concerns
Support employee engagement and retention activities

Compliance & Employee Support
Assist with ESI/PF-related coordination and documentation
Create awareness among employees regarding company policies and advantages
Coordinate with accounts and management for HR-related activities

Performance & Management Support
Assist in employee performance tracking
Support appraisal, increment, and bonus review processes




Prepare basic HR reports for management

Support Marketing & Branding
Support company LinkedIn updates and employer branding activities
Coordinate collection of site photos, videos, and project updates

Required Skills

● Positive communication and coordination skills

● Knowledge or interest in HR operations and labour management

● Ability to interact confidently with employees and site teams

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel)

● Willingness to visit construction sites when required

Preferred Qualifications

● Education: HR / Labour Management / MBA HR / Business Administration or related field

● Experience: Freshers to 2 years

● Languages: Tamil & English required; Hindi preferred

Work Location

Chennai (Office + Occasionally Site interactions)
