About Us

We are a rapid-growing healthcare technology startup building a connected digital healthcare ecosystem integrating hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, diagnostics, emergency services, and patients through scalable technology solutions. We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused CTO to lead our technology strategy and product development.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology development and platform architecture Manage mobile apps, web platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure Build and lead the engineering team Ensure scalability,



cybersecurity, and system reliability Collaborate with founders on product strategy and innovation Drive AI, analytics, and healthcare technology integrations.

Requirements

Robust experience in software development and system architecture Experience leading technical teams or startup technology operations Knowledge of cloud platforms, mobile apps, SaaS, APIs, and databases Solid problem-solving and leadership skills HealthTech or startup experience preferred

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
