Position Summary • Project manager to handle the projects related to Microsoft Teams Telephony for Sasol Mining. Candidate must be familiar of project management skills. Required Skills • Manage the successful delivery of projects and deliver to the agreed scope, quality, on time, on budget and to customer. • Manage the delivery phase versus the agreed baseline per defined project management Methodology, delivery tools and processes, to Manage and reduce overall risks and issues and to maximize profitability whilst managing scope and other changes and taking action to recover any discrepancies. • Manage the delivery performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and closed in time into the tools. • Manage risks and issues and own escalations (in liaison with line management) and ensure customers fulfill their obligations and recover costs in case of lapses. • Generate change requests as required and obtain appropriate customer and internal approvals, in line with project governance standards and ensure all project meetings are documented to reduce miscommunication risk and ensure traceability of decisions. • Ensure effective transition to Operations and Billing and conduct a formal project close,
including Review of any lessons learned. • Obtain documented customer acceptance of the project deliverables and a conduct customer Satisfaction survey at end of the project. • Ensure full customer satisfaction and communication throughout the project life.
Key Responsibilities
To effectively manage cross functional teams to complete requirement analysis, solution identification, plan/ lead project deliverables
To prepare and submit weekly project status reports to confirm project progress to the customer
To ensure customer satisfaction for project deliverable quality and security norms
To ensure that the project solutions/deliverables adhere to Global Project Management framework and methodology compliance
To analyze and submit P&L; reports of the project to the customer
