Assist in preparation of commercial revision/proposal for existing Client.
Assist in preparation of RFQ, follow up with prospective client to obtain necessary information, preparation of warehouse layout.
Analyze client P&L; (activity report), Budget V/s Actual expense report & take an explanation from concern Operation / Zonal /Accounts. Get required correction done from person/team responsible.
Assist in preparing budget & commercials for current accounts.
Maintain existing & develop recent customer relationships.
Develop/renew go live plans of projects in agreed formats in conjunction with commercial & business solutions team.
Create Client Contract Master in Open Bravo contract module & update the Budgeted cost as per costing. Ensure the financial entries done by finance team.
Create contract version in case of any changes in commercial, finance terms, provisional extension,



renewal of agreement or revision of commercials, or any current branch created. Update contract module commercial as per agreed changes.
Track the Client contract master for revision, expiry & follow up with internal / external team for renewal/ revision of commercial.
Assist Business Solutions team by coordinating with the necessary stakeholders from the principal companies for transitioning client until Go Live’
Work with internal stakeholders (IT / QA / Ops / HR etc.) to obtain the necessary information to provide to the principal companies as and when required
Maximize revenue & minimize cost efficiently. Monitor, report & manage the financial progress of the projects.
