Experience- 1 year and above

Skills-
Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling various TPA portals and managing data without billing discrepancies.
Soft Skills: Robust communication, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle high-pressure or emergency cases.

Role and Responsibilities-
Gather discharge summaries, bills, and medical reports from doctors.
Send pre-authorization forms to insurers for cashless treatment approvals.
Upload completed claim files to TPA and insurance portals.
Answer medical or billing questions raised by insurance companies.
Monitor and follow up on pending payments and claim settlements.
Expertise in navigating various insurance and TPA web portals.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and coding.
Transparent verbal skills to explain complex terms to stressed families.
