Job Type: Full time | 6 Days Working
Salary: ₹28,000+ (based on experience & relevance)
Qualification: Master’s in Psychology/Social Work/English/Human Development or related fields
(Ma-le) candidates preferred
Good English communication (Mandatory)
Certification: Career Counselling (Preferred)

We are looking for a passionate Career Counselor, who wants to make a real impact—not from behind a desk in a city office, but by working closely with children from top schools located in remote regions, where your presence truly matters.

This role is ideal for someone who sees purpose beyond convenience—who believes that meaningful counselling, SEL, and emotional safety can transform young lives, regardless of geography.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct career guidance sessions for students from primary to senior secondary levels.
Deliver career awareness workshops and one-on-one counselling sessions.
Guide students on subject selection, career pathways,



and higher education opportunities.
Interpret career assessments and maintain counselling records.
Build robust relationships with students, parents, schools and educational partners.
