Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Maintain financial records in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and filings.
Manage client invoicing, follow-up for collections, and maintain billing schedules.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and financial regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for operational needs.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of internal financial controls.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field (CA Inter or M. Com is a plus).
1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, preferably in a professional services or CA/CS firm.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Familiarity with taxation, statutory filings, and financial regulations in India.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
