We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Communicate throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR-related documents.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and MIS reports.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally.
Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic healthcare workplace.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
