Role & responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of electrical hardware design engineers to ensure successful project execution.
Design, develop, and optimize electrical hardware systems for industrial machinery and electromechanical products.
Plan, manage, and execute electrical engineering projects from concept through production.
Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panels, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Perform electrical calculations, component sizing, and hardware selection for machine control systems.
Select and standardize switchgear components, drives, and protection devices from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Allen-Bradley.
Create and maintain electrical documentation using AutoCAD, EPLAN P8, and PLM tools.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, project management, installation,
and commissioning teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Ensure compliance with applicable international electrical standards, safety regulations, and certifications including CE and UL.
Drive design improvements, value engineering, and cost reduction initiatives for existing hardware configurations.
Review designs, conduct technical evaluations, troubleshoot engineering challenges, and support product validation activities.
Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, technical reports, design revisions, and project status updates.
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, customer visits, and field issue resolution when required.
