To check the Email orders and Take the Update on the on going orders and Plan the shop floor activity.

To Follow-up for Job work order. (Handwork, Machine work and Fabric availability)

To check the availability of fabric based on the order received and order the fabric for Print or dye based on the requirement.

To make the Challan for the orders that are being dispatched. (Only there own orders) and Send for dispatch.

To make a transparent understanding of order requirements to the masters i.e. measurements, Attachments and if any customization.

To Sort the Dyeing Program and point program (Print program ) based on the Fabric availability and order the fabric Accordingly.

To check and verify the cost of value addition work and job work.





To do the daily planning meeting with the masters and Tailors.

To verify and do the monthly Physical audit of stock

To do the daily production meeting with his team and share the daily key highlights in Company group.

To do the weekly planning for the production, manpower planning and take the necessary approvals. (i.e. Overtime, material Procurement)

To handle to clint on floor

To do the shopfloor supervision

To update and Operate the ERP system
