Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Modular

Furniture to lead B2B sales efforts, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the

modular furniture industry, with a proven track record of increasing revenue and building

client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales and increase market share.

 Identify and generate current business leads through networking, cold calling, and

industry events.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, corporate

clients, and contractors.

 Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and industry trends.

 Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to

potential clients.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer

satisfaction.





 Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 Maintain accurate sales reports and track performance metrics.

 Stay updated on industry advancements, competitors, and best practices. Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development in the modular furniture industry.

 Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

 Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

 Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

 Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in selling modular furniture solutions to corporate clients.

 Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and installation processes.
