Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and customers to arrange freight transportation.
Build and maintain professional relationships with transportation providers.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers to maximise profitability.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and customer interactions.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Learn industry processes, freight management systems, and company procedures.
Eligibility

Valuable verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
