Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
Robust expertise in Azure Integration Services, including:
- Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)
Azure API Management
Azure Functions
Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs
Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, security patterns (OAuth, Managed Identity).
Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
Experience in enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
Migration experience from BizTalk, MuleSoft, Tibco,



or similar platforms is a solid plus.

Non-Technical Skills
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
Leadership and mentoring mindset.
Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing roles.
Structured, solution-oriented thinking.

Nice to Have
Azure certifications (AZ‑204, AZ‑305, or Integration-related certifications).
Experience in fixed-bid projects and effort estimation.
Exposure to AI-enabled integrations or Copilot scenarios.
Prior experience contributing to practice building or COE initiatives.
