Job Summary:
The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment. This role involves counseling students about programs, managing client relationships, generating leads, organizing data, and collaborating with teams to meet enrollment goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build robust connections with students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling and Guidance:
Provide detailed information about programs, admission criteria, and career prospects.
Assist students with application processes, documentation, and deadlines.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins to maximize conversions.
Generate leads through outreach activities like webinars, seminars, and social media campaigns.
Admissions Coordination:
Collaborate with teams to schedule interviews, tests, and discussions.




Keep applicants informed of their application status.
Data Collection and Collaboration:
Capture and organize essential data from clients and management.
Share collected data with the technical team for further action.
Marketing and Outreach:
Participate in education expos and networking with institutions to attract applicants.
Post-Admission Support:
Assist with onboarding and address any post-admission queries.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in admissions, counseling, or education-related roles.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational abilities and CRM knowledge.
Familiarity with education trends and program structures.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
