Job Description (JD) – Spare Coordinator

Position: Spare Coordinator
Department: Service / Spare Parts
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred in Spare Parts / Service Coordination)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Spare Coordinator who will be responsible for managing spare parts activities, coordinating with customers, service engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers regarding spare parts requirements and inquiries.
Prepare spare parts quotations and share them with customers.
Process spare parts orders and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with the Service Team and Engineering Team for spare requirements.
Maintain spare parts inventory records and update stock details.
Follow up with the Purchase and Warehouse teams for spare availability.
Arrange dispatch of spare parts and coordinate with logistics partners.
Track delivery status and provide updates to customers.
Maintain records of spare orders, invoices, and dispatch details.




Handle customer queries related to spare parts availability and delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly spare parts reports.
Coordinate with vendors for spare procurement when required.
Ensure proper documentation of spare transactions.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory handling.
Basic understanding of technical/mechanical parts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Customer handling skills.

Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience in machinery, automation, packaging, or industrial equipment industry will be preferred.
