Key Requirements:
6 months–3 years of experience in Core US IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Robust understanding of IT & Non-IT technologies and terminologies
Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques
Experience working with Direct Clients & W2 requirement.
Familiarity with ATS tools and job boards
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
