Plant Batching and Mixing
Computerized Weighing: Automated scales measure exact weights of cement, water, and aggregates to eliminate human error.
Equipment Calibration: Scales and water meters undergo routine calibration to stay within tight accuracy tolerances.
Transit Mixing: Transit trucks mix the load thoroughly for a minimum number of revolutions before delivery.

Fresh and Hardened Concrete Testing
Slump Test: Performed at the site to measure the flow, consistency, and workability of fresh concrete.
Compressive Strength Test: Molded concrete cubes or cylinders are cured and tested in compression machines at 7 and 28 days to verify strength.
Temperature Tracking: Monitored closely during transit and placement to prevent premature setting or thermal cracking.
