Job Title: Warehouse Incharge (Junior / Mid-Level)

About the Role

Fazlani Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, stock handling, dispatch coordination, and robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall warehouse operations efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Handle inward and outward movement of goods.
Prepare GRNs, delivery challans, stock registers, and inventory reports.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Generate MIS reports and maintain inventory data using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse.




Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas, Filters, Data Management).
Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
Valuable analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily warehouse activities.
Working knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Certification/Diploma in Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
1–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stores.
