The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions while mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.
Architect and implement backend solutions using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Integrate third-party APIs and design, develop, and manage RESTful services.
Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in AWS or other cloud environments.




Drive the adoption of modern AI technologies and tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, GenAI, and LLMs in development workflows.

Required Skills
5+years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
Excellent understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
Strong proficiency with version control systems (Git).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Exposure to recent AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, GenAI, and LLMs.
Robust communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Good to Have
Experience with React.js or any frontend technology.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and driving best engineering practices.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
