Mechanical Engineer (Electrical & Plumbing / MEP) – Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at site.
Plan, execute, and monitor installation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing pipelines.
Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all work is completed as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Handle site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and plumbing systems.
Monitor material usage and ensure timely procurement of required items.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
