Handling of IPQA activities.
Perform plant round and report to superior.
Handling of line clearance activities.
Prepare and issue dispatch labels in accordance with specific customer requirements. .
Issue BPCR to all blocks as per prerequisite & Review of BPCR.
Perform a stability review and review of QC incidents.
Prepare, control, and distribute master, reference, and obsolete documents according to SOPs.
Issue protocols, logbooks, and QMS formats (Change Control, OOS, and Deviations) to respective departments and maintain accurate issuance logs.
Maintain control over all master documentation, including secure retrieval and archival processes.
Prepare Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) for all manufactured products.
Review specification, test procedure and SOP's for their deficiencies according to audit points.




Document deviations and assist in root cause investigations to ensure timely closure.
Track the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Manage the investigation of market complaints, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and response to customers.
Prepare documentation and supporting evidence in accordance with audit agendas.
Handling of Validation and Qualification & Prepare Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and Qualification activities.
Prepare and maintain the Site Master File (SMF), Validation Master Plan (VMP), and Quality Manual.
Prepare and manage the schedule for internal quality audits.
