We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning setting for young children while following Montessori principles and teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities and lessons.
Create a secure, engaging, and nurturing classroom setting.
Support children's academic, social, emotional, and overall development.
Observe and understand individual learning needs.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive teaching methods.
Communicate with parents regarding children's progress.
Maintain classroom materials and participate in school activities and events.
Requirements
Montessori certification or qualification in Early Childhood Education preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Montessori or Kindergarten Teacher preferred.
Good understanding of Montessori teaching methods and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic approach towards children.
