Role & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage appointment bookings, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer queries.
Maintain client records and update the salon management software.
Coordinate with beauticians, cosmetologists, and therapists for smooth scheduling.
Process billing, payments, and generate invoices.
Promote salon memberships, packages, retail products, and ongoing offers.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Prepare daily reports related to appointments, sales, and cash collections.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive (experience in a salon, spa, clinic,



or hospitality industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and salon appointment software.
Well-groomed personality with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Sales and upselling abilities.
Good time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Professional etiquette and a positive attitude.
