Job Summary:

We are hiring an In-House LAP Executive to convert internal sales leads for Loan Against Property and manage end-to-end documentation compliance, including Over The Counter (OTC) and Post-Disbursement Documentation (PDD).

Key Responsibilities:
Convert company-provided leads for LAP and meet monthly disbursement targets.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and required property/financial documentation to clients.
Collect and verify pre-sanction documents and explicit all OTC conditions before disbursement.
Track and collect all PDD items (original property deeds, mortgage creation proofs, insurance) post-disbursement.
Work closely with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for rapid processing and zero-error compliance.
Update CRM and Excel reports regularly.

Requirements:
Graduate with 1+ years experience in LAP / Mortgage / Home Loans.
Sound knowledge of property title documents, legal workflows, and OTC/PDD processes.
Robust communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and comfortable with CRM tools & MS Excel.
