Core Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance: Direct daily maintenance, repair, and cleaning of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security) and oversee grounds maintenance.
Operations Oversight: Manage daily services such as security, janitorial, waste disposal, and space planning.
Vendor Management: Negotiate with external contractors, manage vendor contracts, and supervise service quality.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and government environmental regulations.
Preventative Maintenance: Establish and monitor preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
Project Management(Maintence): Supervise facility renovations, repairs, and upgrade projects.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
