Proficiency in English language level C1 minimum
Basic Excel Skills
Adaptable working hours
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Order Management.
Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
Positive understanding of inventory management and serial number tracking. Previous experience in ERP systems and good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Your tasks
Create and place outbound orders with 3PL partners based on operational requests and project requirements.
Monitor and follow up on all open outbound orders until shipment completion.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and shipping deadlines are met.
Escalate delayed or blocked orders to the appropriate stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact between Hemmersbach operational teams and 3PL partners.
Coordinate shipment preparation, dispatch, and delivery activities.
Obtain and share tracking information with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of shipment status and delivery confirmations.
Receive information regarding incoming deliveries from the Procurement Team.




Communicate delivery schedules and expected arrivals to the relevant 3PL partners and internal teams.
Follow up on delivery status and ensure goods are received as planned.
Follow up with 3PL partners to obtain serial number confirmations for shipped and received equipment.
