A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone calls. The role involves identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, handling inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services to customers effectively.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Handle customer objections and resolve complaints professionally.

Experience
