Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Negotiate deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closures.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
