Freelance Lawyer (Property & Rental Agreement)

Location: Kerala (Travel within assigned locations as required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Freelance Lawyer to support our land acquisition and leasing process for a growing brand. The lawyer will coordinate with landlords, prepare and review rental agreements, and handle the registration of lease/rental agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and coordinate with property owners (landlords).
Draft, review, and finalize rental/lease agreements.
Verify property ownership and related legal documents.
Handle rental agreement registration with the appropriate government authorities.
Provide legal guidance on lease documentation and compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of legal formalities.
Maintain proper records of agreements and registrations.




Resolve legal documentation issues related to leased properties when required.

Requirements
LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
Valid enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
Experience in property law, lease agreements, or real estate documentation is preferred.
Knowledge of rental agreement registration procedures.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
Willingness to travel for landlord meetings and document registration.

Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial property leasing.
Familiarity with local registration offices and property documentation.
Valuable organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
