Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Associate/ Assistant Manager for Revenue function. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing and effective execution of AR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Review customer contracts, billing terms and milestones to evaluate revenue recognition.
Raising invoice as per terms of the agreement and applicable GST laws.
Review all the information such as supporting records, approvals, internal policies before invoice generation.
Ensure invoices are raised and shared with stakeholders within defined timelines.
Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including customer ledger reconciliation and collections application.

Desired Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
Good communication skills.
