Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage.
Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with regional and support teams for smooth store operations.
