Marshalscale is a turnkey commercial interior fit-out company in Qatar.
Ideal candidate must have:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Draftsman in the commercial interior fit-out industry.
Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.
Develop detailed joinery, ceiling, partition, flooring, furniture, and interior fit-out drawings.
Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and project compliance.
Review architectural and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies before preparing shop drawings.
Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project requirements.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company drafting standards.
Prepare material quantity take-offs from approved drawings whenever required.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and interior detailing standards.
Experience working on Qatar/GCC commercial fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
