Job Description: Junior Architect (client facing Role)

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, passionate and detail oriented Junior Architects who can develop designs and confidently deliver client presentations. The ideal candidate should have robust design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

DESIGN & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes.

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings.

Conduct site assessments and space planning as per project requirements.

Stay updated with trends, materials, and industry innovations.

CLIENT INTERACTION & PRESENTATIONS

Lead and deliver compelling client presentations.

Understand client needs and convert them into design briefs.

Communicate design rationale, material selections, and timelines clearly.

Manage client expectations and incorporate feedback.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in 2D, AutoCAD,



SketchUp, 3ds Max/VRay, Blender, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, modular design, and ergonomics.

Ability to read and prepare working drawings.

Knowledge of rendering engines like VRay, Lumion, or Unreal Engine

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture.

6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience in client facing roles and design presentations is must.
