Job Description:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

Explain Hyundai vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and exchange offers.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Generate sales leads through showroom visits, referrals, and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare quotations and assist customers with documentation and vehicle booking.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Build long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM system.

Stay updated on Hyundai products, promotions, and competitor offerings.





Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred).

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.

Valid four-wheeler driving licence (often preferred or required for test drives).

Freshers or candidates with automobile sales experience may apply, depending on the position.
