Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the backbone of our internal client satisfaction, ensuring our HRMS application runs seamlessly for users. Your core focus will include:

Application Support: Provide productive first-level and second-level troubleshooting support for our HRMS applications.

SLA Management: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues swiftly within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring technical or functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive solutions.

Data Validation & Investigation: Utilize query tools to validate data, investigate deep-seated application issues, and generate reports.

Client Consultation: Assist clients with standard application usage,



complex system configurations, and functional process-related queries.

Training & Demos: Participate in user training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure smooth client adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Domain & Functional Knowledge (Core Requirements)

HRMS Exposure: Experience in supporting HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, or Employee Management applications is highly preferred.

HR Domain Understanding: Candidates coming from non-HRMS support backgrounds must possess a strong conceptual understanding of core HR functions (e.g., Employee Lifecycle Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding).

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a patient, client-first approach to troubleshooting.

Technical Skills (Added Advantage)

SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQLincluding the ability to write queries, joins, and subqueries for data analysis and issue verificationis a distinct advantage and will be highly valued.
