About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories. In this role, you'll work on everything from social media reels and explainer videos to long-format podcasts and branded content. If you're passionate about editing, motion design, storytelling, and leveraging AI-powered creative tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality long-format videos and podcasts from raw footage to final delivery.
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, intros/outros, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and explainer videos.
Edit multi-camera podcast episodes, including syncing, audio coordination, B-roll integration, captions, and platform-ready outputs.
Develop short-form content such as reels, teasers, and social media videos from long-form assets.
Use AI-powered tools to improve editing workflows, transcription, upscaling, asset creation, and audio enhancement.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets within deadlines.

Requirements




3–8 years of qualified experience in motion graphics and video editing.
Robust portfolio/showreel demonstrating expertise in both motion graphics and long-form video editing.
Proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Audition (or equivalent audio editing software)
Experience editing long-format videos and podcasts is essential.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for editing, transcription, asset generation, and audio enhancement.
Positive understanding of visual storytelling, typography, pacing, and sound design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is an added advantage.
