Job Description:
Country Inn Smart Stays, Patna is looking for a dedicated and energetic Commis Chef (Multi Cuisine) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing multiple cuisines, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and cooking of multi-cuisine dishes
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas
Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs
Monitor stock and assist in inventory management
Ensure timely food preparation and service
Requirements:
Experience as a Commis Chef or relevant kitchen experience preferred
Knowledge of Multi Cuisine food preparation
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
Local candidates from Patna or nearby areas preferred
