Ravion Vertex Systems is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of accounting experience, a good understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in maintaining financial records. Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash books.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.




Understanding of accounting procedures and financial documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Robust numerical and analytical skills.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following accounting software is an advantage:
Tally ERP / TallyPrime
Zoho Books
Odoo Accounting

Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and basic taxation will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, Finance, or equivalent).
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Solid understanding of accounting procedures.

Pay: ₹8,551.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
