Key Responsibilities
Inventory Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and maintain inventory MIS, analytical dashboards, and periodic management
reports.
Analyze inventory performance metrics, including stock aging, shrinkage, stock
availability, inventory turnover, and excess/obsolete inventory.
Monitor inventory trends and provide actionable insights to improve inventory accuracy
and operational efficiency.
Develop KPI dashboards and track key inventory performance indicators for business
reviews.
Support inventory planning, forecasting, and decision-making through data-driven
analysis.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business teams to provide
inventory-related data and insights.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive reporting automation initiatives.
Perform ad hoc analysis to support business requirements and strategic projects.
Ensure data accuracy,



integrity, and consistency across inventory reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, Computer
Solid proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and data
visualization.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Valuable working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Robust understanding of inventory management concepts such as stock aging,
shrinkage, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and inventory KPIs.
Experience working with large datasets and ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced
formulas).
