Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric.
Robust knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to webMethods Fabric.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using webMethods Fabric.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within distributed systems.
Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Valuable communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in webMethods Fabric.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
