Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes while contributing to a positive and productive work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation for current hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and maintain HRIS or employee databases.
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and employee updates.
Support performance management activities, including appraisal coordination and employee feedback processes.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, advantages, and workplace procedures.




Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Support disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations initiatives.
Coordinate exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and manage full-and-final settlement documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
4–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
