Manage end-to-end Working Capital, Term Loan, CC/OD, Equipment Loan, and Project Finance.
Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and CA Firms for loan processing and documentation.
Prepare and maintain loan proposals, CMA Data, financial projections, and supporting documents.
Liaise with banks for loan sanctions, renewals, disbursements, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and financial documentation requirements.
Identify and process Government Subsidy Schemes, interest subsidy, and incentive programs applicable to manufacturing companies.
Maintain banking relationships and negotiate funding terms.
Monitor loan repayments, banking limits, and credit facilities.
Support management in financial planning, fund raising, and working capital management.
