Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects for CNC and VMC machining services.
Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed machining orders.
Conduct regular visits to manufacturing companies, industrial units, OEMs, and fabrication businesses.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production needs.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, and Estimation teams for quotations, feasibility, and delivery schedules.
Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate commercial terms to secure purchase orders.
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 25 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or CNC/VMC machining services.
Sound knowledge of CNC machining, VMC machining, precision engineering, and manufacturing processes.
