The Civil Site Head shall lead all civil construction activities for utility-scale solar projects including foundations, internal roads, drainage systems, control buildings, inverter stations and associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complete civil execution.
MMS and tracker foundation works.
Control room and inverter room construction.
Pooling station civil works.
Internal roads.
Storm water drainage.
Quantity verification.
Concrete quality monitoring.
Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with Electrical and Mechanical teams.
Resolve site execution issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years experience.
Experience in utility-scale solar projects exceeding 100 MW.
Solid knowledge of RCC, structural foundations and infrastructure works.
Experience in contractor management.
Ability to manage multiple civil packages simultaneously.
