Roles & responsibilities:
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for EPC projects and standard equipment for domestic and international customers.
Coordinate EPC documentation, work orders, payment follow-ups, and order execution to ensure smooth project delivery.
Liaise with QA/QC, Production, Dispatch, and other cross-functional teams for timely documentation, shipment coordination, and order closure.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing commercial queries, order status, documentation requirements, and after-sales support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, prompt issue resolution, and proactive engagement.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify business opportunities and support sales strategies.
Visit customers across domestic and international locations to strengthen relationships, understand business requirements, and generate current opportunities.
Assist in customer meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions to support business development initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, market intelligence, and MIS reports for effective business tracking and decision-making.




Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to identify potential customers, expand market presence, and support revenue growth.

Desired Skills:
Experience in Front-End Sales, Marketing Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, or a similar commercial role.
Solid customer-facing, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis, business development activities, and sales support functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP/CRM systems, and online market research tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for domestic and international customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Self-motivated, proactive, customer-centric, and capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team workplace.
