Lead plant-wide maintenance operations to ensure high equipment availability and
reliability.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies.
Drive TPM, RCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize
downtime.
Manage maintenance of all production equipment, utilities, automation, and facility
systems.
Monitor key maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and
maintenance cost.
Lead spare parts planning, vendor management, and annual maintenance budgeting.
Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
Build and develop a high-performing maintenance team through coaching and technical
