Job Role:

The Admin person will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted delivery of all general administration and facility management services at the plant and office.

The role will ensure the timely delivery of satisfactory services to all users, provide cordial support for employee engagement activities, and foster solid employee relationships across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Employee Bus Transport Management - Provide the transport facility to without fail, as well as road safety awareness to the Bus Drivers and maintain Zero accident.

• Responsible for Indian Canteen & In House kitchen Management - Maintain the hygiene in food preparation area, also maintain neet and clean dining and cooking area, as well as coordination with canteen committee.

• Responsible for Horticultute Garden Management beautification of company garden greenery as well as HS Hyosung office

• Responsible for Pest control Management_ensuring the daily pest control pesticide scheduled in the factory premises





• Responsible for Scrap Management_ Increasing the scrap value through proper management & Maintain the daily scrap revenue sheet for month on month basis, and maintain cleaning.

• Responsible for Taxi Management _ Provide the transport facility to user without fail, as well as road safety awareness to the Taxi drivers and maintain Zero accident

• Responsible for Housekeeping Management _ monitoring to cleanliness on daily basis of external plant and periphery area as well as cleaning materials management.

• Responsible for General Facilities Management creating and Managing relationship with respective area key persons and facilitate to him as an when requirement without fail.

• Facilitieate to all for transport facility to without fail with Road safety awareness to the Bus/Taxi Drivers and maintan Zero accident.
