Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of financial advisors to promote the company's insurance products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor new financial advisors and agents.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to the team.
