Job Summary

TechGropse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring technical professionals and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong sourcing abilities, stakeholder coordination, and a passion for building high-performing technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications




1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Experience hiring for technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Flutter, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, AI/ML, PHP, Python, and other IT roles.
Robust understanding of technical job requirements and screening processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
