Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding vehicle performance, maintenance, or repairs.
Work with technicians to schedule vehicle inspections and services.
Provide customers with detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, parts, and any other service fees.
Regularly inform customers about the progress of their vehicle repairs or service.
Ensure that services are completed correctly and that the customer’s concerns are fully addressed before handing the vehicle back.
Maintain detailed service records for vehicles, including repair history, parts replaced, and services performed.
Inform customers of available promotions, warranties, or additional services.
Walk the customer through the repairs performed, highlighting significant changes or recommendations for future services.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
